Larned is roughly 30 minutes east on US-56 from our private studio in Great Bend. That is a real drive. It is also less than the time most people spend scrolling on a phone in the evening.

Iron Therapy Training is not a chain gym, a franchise, or a class operation. We are a private, members-only studio at 2319 Washington St. that exists to coach one person at a time toward a real, measurable transformation.

Many Larned-area clients pair in-person sessions with our online coaching when their schedule gets tight. The programming is the same, the accountability is the same, only the venue changes.

The drive is the price of admission for coaching that actually works. Most of our clients say it is the best 30 minutes they spend each week.
